INGREDIENT BENEFITS:

STRAWBERRIES -

These potent little packages protect your heart, increase HDL (good) cholesterol, lower your blood pressure, and guard against cancer. Packed with vitamins, fiber, and particularly high levels of antioxidants known as polyphenols, They’re an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese and also contain decent amounts of folate (vitamin B9) and potassium. Strawberries are very rich in antioxidants and plant compounds, which may have many more benefits.

PEACHES -

Just one medium peach has up to 13.2% of the vitamin C you need each day. This nutrient helps your body heal wounds and keeps your immune system going strong. been linked to cancer because they can damage your cells. In general, eating fruit can help decrease the risk of age-related macular degeneration, but peaches also contain phytonutrients that can protect your eyes. Lutein and zeaxanthin can protect your eyes from light-related damage, and they may help prevent vision loss, too.

PINEAPPLE -

Besides inspiring us to all stand tall, and wear that crow. Pineapples are tropical fruits that are rich in vitamins, enzymes and antioxidants. They help boost the immune system, build strong bones and aid indigestion. And, despite their sweetness, pineapples are low in calories too!

PROBIOTIC YOGURT -

Gut Health is all the craze these days! Different probiotics have different roles and benefits, from improving digestion to fighting nasty organisms to balancing your gut—where 70% of the body’s immune cells are located. Adding probiotic strains to the yogurt is a quick and convenient way to amp up the health benefits of this tasty ingredient even further, and studies show that probiotic yogurt can boost immune function, enhance heart health, ramp up fat-burning and more. The effects of probiotics on the digestive tract and blood sugar levels have been well-documented. However, few people are aware just how closely gut health is tied to mood, mental health and Promoting Brain Function.

Promising research also shows that celery juice can help decrease inflammation, keep you well-hydrated and even reduce blood pressure.

RAW HONEY -

It’s a pure, unfiltered and unpasteurized sweetener made by bees from the nectar of flowers. Most of the honey consumed today is processed honey that’s been heated and filtered since it was gathered from the hive. Unlike processed honey, raw honey does not get robbed of its incredible nutritional value and health powers. It provides an easily absorbed supply of energy in the form of liver glycogen, making it ideal for energetic morning starts and as a pre- and post-exercise energy source.

MCT OIL  -

“MCTs,” a healthy type of saturated fatty acid, has been linked to several important health benefits — including improved cognitive function and support with weight management. Coconut oil is one great source of MCTs — roughly 62 percent to 65 percent of the fatty acids in coconut oil are MCTs. Both MCT oil and coconut oil are beneficial for balancing bacteria in the gut microbiota, which in turn has positive effects on the digestive symptom, energy expenditure, and the ability to absorb vitamins and minerals from the foods you eat.

COLLAGEN -

Another rising popular trend is collagen these days.. Our body’s collagen production naturally begins to slow down as we age. We can thank this degenerative process for signs of aging, such as wrinkles, sagging skin and joint pains due to weaker or decreased cartilage. Other lifestyle factors — like eating a diet high in sugar, smoking and high amounts of sun exposure — also contribute to depleting collagen levels. Thankfully, consuming foods like bone broth or adding collagen can provide plenty of this vital protein. Improves Health of Skin and Hair, Reduces Joint Pains and Degeneration, Helps Remedy Leaky Gut, Boosts Metabolism, Muscle Mass and Energy Output, Strengthens Nails, Hair and Teeth.

CHIA SEEDS -

Apart from offering a pop of flavor and texture to your favorite foods, these seeds are also highly nutritious and bring a long list of chia seeds benefits to the table, including increased energy levels, balanced blood sugar and improved heart health. They offer a long list of important nutrients, including fiber, protein, manganese and calcium, along with plenty of antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids. Not only that, but recent research has found that the chia seeds benefits are even greater than scientists initially realized.
