The COVID season struggle is real out here on these streets Y’ALL…And sis? We see you, we FEEEEL you and we are with you!!!
While our mind and body and spirits are working overtime to assimilate into this season of life… We’re all walking this out together and learning to thrive in every season and circumstance.
A nutritious and balanced breakfast is always a great way to do just that these days as you are taking on the world! And who doesn’t love a refreshing healthy nutrient packed smoothie! PLUS... As health is the utmost importance these days we could all use an infusion of immunity boosting properties!
This has inspired our morning concoction for all of our bad a** babes, super moms, essential workers and those of us that are livin it up in the WFH life - this refreshing smoothie is for YOU and We can’t wait for you to try it!

Brain + Immunity Boosting Morning Smoothie
Prep Time: 4 mins | Cook Time: 2 mins | Total Time: 6 minutes
Optional Soundtrack: Sunday Morning - Child - Synthetic Soul
INGREDIENTS (2 Servings):
½ Cup of Frozen or Fresh Organic Strawberries
½ Cup of Fresh or Frozen Organic Peaches
¼ Handful of Fresh or Frozen Organic Pineapple
⅓ Cup of Plain Yogurt probiotic (Not pictured But I love Nancy’s Whole Milk Yogurt Found at Whole Foods or Sprouts - the best Probiotic brand I’ve found)
½ Cup of Juice (I’m a tart gal so I pucker up with 100% pomegranate juice from Bolt House Farms)
⅓ Cup of Celery Juice (optional or balance out with water) - (I use Suja purchased at Ralphs or Kroger for my other coast people)
Add Ice if you end up using all fresh fruit.
1 tablespoon of honey (365 Wholefoods Brand of Honey is pictured but to be perfectly honest I would have much rathered had raw honey on hand that I get from Sprouts)
1 teaspoon of Organic Chia Seeds (optional) (I used Better Body Foods which I purchased on Amazon)
1 teaspoon of MCT oil (optional) (I used Sports Research® Premium MCT Oil purchased at Costco)
1 teaspoon of Green Superfood (optional) (The brand I used is Amazing Grass originally purchased at Wholefoods)
1 teaspoon of Collagen (optional) (I love Vital Protein Collagen Powder)
ADD anything you’d like - oh the beauty of smoothies!
PREPARATIONS:
Pull out that blender - NutriBullet! How I love you! Purchased at Costco (Maybe 7 years ago and still trekking along). Whichever is your blender of choice, grab your blending cup and let's get ready to go!
I always start out with my fruit of choice, down below I list out all the benefits of each ingredient and all our brain fueled and also a personal preference)
Once you add your fruit, add your yogurt, liquids, and nutritional supplements.
Blend for a minute or two until all of our ingredients are fully blended.
Pour into your morning cup and I hope you so enjoy this nutritious - good for you smoothie!

INGREDIENT BENEFITS:
STRAWBERRIES -

Besides inspiring us to all stand tall, and wear that crow. Pineapples are tropical fruits that are rich in vitamins, enzymes and antioxidants. They help boost the immune system, build strong bones and aid indigestion. And, despite their sweetness, pineapples are low in calories too!
PROBIOTIC YOGURT -
