I am a native-born American living in Denmark with my partner and our dog. I have a background in biology and currently work in the life sciences coordinating research projects. In my spare time, I'm a mixed-media artist and I love to travel. Brunch is my favorite meal of the day, and I enjoy finding new and delicious restaurants for brunch! I am excited about being a member of the Gals That Brunch family and look forward to meeting new people in the Copenhagen area!
